Tajima Embroidery Machine Buying Checklist: What a Procurement Manager Checks Before Talking Price

This checklist is for anyone comparing Tajima embroidery machines—especially if you're in the middle of quotes and the numbers seem to move every time you ask another question. I've spent six years as a procurement manager for a 60-person apparel decorating company, managing a $480,000 annual equipment and supplies budget.
